Comment:

 Committed in r137272. Changed `categories-append` to `categories` since
 there aren't any existing categories. Used `github.tarball_from releases`
 instead of manually overriding `master_sites`. Added library dependencies
 on libcerror and libcstring. Removed dependency on osxfuse which doesn't
 appear to be used. Slight reformatting. Changed non-breaking spaces to
 normal spaces. Updated to 20150101 in r137274.
