 I've maintained ports contains "rubyforge" under ruby/ at r137259,
 r137331, r137337, r137339, r137363,
 r137364, r137365, r137366 and r137368.

 - rubyforge_gem -> rubygems
 - update master_sites|homepage

 I've delete these ports.

 - build fails
 - test for core feature fails
 - current distribute site was not found
     - note: gems are still distributed from rubygems.org
