 Had I known this request would be made I wouldn't have set it to build the
 current qt5-mac port to check it out. I'll make the preparations at least.
 Real pity that mcalhoun didn't copy my change to build Qt5 "out-of-
 source", I'd have had to rewind the process only the configure step rather
 than completely. Remember, `port configure` took over an hour with the
 VM's current configuration ...
