 The solution explained in my previous comment work fine under OSX 10.7.3
 with my Xcode configuration :

 Selecting 'mp-clang-3.4' for 'clang' succeeded. 'mp-clang-3.4' is now
 active.

 --->  Attempting to fetch icu4c-55_1-src.tgz from
 http://lil.fr.distfiles.macports.org/icu

 --->  Staging icu into destroot

 --->  Installing icu @55.1_0

 --->  Activating icu @55.1_0

 --->  Updating database of binaries

 --->  Scanning binaries for linking errors

 --->  No broken files found.
