distinction qtN-mac vs qtN-somethingElse has become moot now that Qt moved
to the QPA plugin approach and does not officially support non-native mode
 on OS X

 - qt5-mac has now been upgrades to 5.4.2 (r137535)
 - Calling the directory qt5-mac might have been unnecessary. It is just
 aesthetics?
 - The configure script uses PulseAudio if it is found (hence the
dependency). It is possible to force the script not to look for it, but I
tried to stay close to default behavior.
 - Similarly, qml-debug is used because it is the default behavior.
