 Note how the install and host prefix now correspond to the MacPorts prefix
 rather than pointing to ${prefix}/libexec/qt5 . This seems less ambiguous,
 and from what I remember I indeed ran into issues related to this setting
 when I started  to make Qt4 co-installable (and at first put all of Qt4 in
 ${prefix}/libexec/qt4 like the current qt5-mac port does).
