 I am trying to make a portfile for our group's python package.

 In depends_lib-append section, I port:gcc49 and port:atlas both. But the
 situation is macport always port atlas first and then gcc49 no matter
 which one write first. Is there anyway I can change the default sequence.
 The portfile is attached in the attachment.
