Comment:

 As of opencv 3.0.0 (r137653), opencv +qt4 no longer exports -lOpenGL -lAGL
 via pkg-config

 -lopencv_superres -lopencv_videostab -lopencv_calib3d -lopencv_features2d
 -lopencv_highgui -lopencv_videoio -lopencv_imgcodecs -lopencv_video
 -lopencv_photo -lopencv_ml -lopencv_imgproc -lopencv_flann -lopencv_core
 -lopencv_hal
 }}}

 However, the opencv plugin provided by gstreamer1-gst-plugins-bad 1.4.5
 only supports opencv < 2.5. Plugin disabled and dependency on opencv
 removed in r137657.

 Closing as fixed since the issues of this ticket have been resolved.
