New description:

 Failed to update libmagic to 5.23

 I'm enclosing the full log but this looks like the culprit:

 :info:configure aclocal: error: aclocal: file
 '/opt/local/share/aclocal/wxwin.m4' does not exist
 }}}

 I've had problems with wxWidgets in the past so I wonder if it's related
 to stuff that may not have been setup or cleaned properly.

Comment:

 You selected (using "port select") a version of wxWidgets, then you
 uninstalled that version of wxWidgets without having first deselected it.
 Duplicate of #47755.
