 For the record: I'm having issues attaching the patchfiles for qca-gnupg
 and qca-cyrus-sasl; I sent those via email to michaelld and mk.

 I also see that QCA itself has been updated to 2.1.0 . I'll see if that's
 a transparent update and if so, what extra work is required to extract the
 source for the plugins which are now included with the main tarball.
 If they're small and build by default, shouldn't we simply install them
 with the main port and mark the qca plugin ports as `replaced_by qca`?
