 You get the same error about /Applications/Charm.app while port:charm
 installs elsewhere? That means the one in /Applications is a left-over and
 should be removed...

 What does the mcalhoun PortGroup set ${qt_apps_dir} to? And the charm
 port, what does it do in the post-destroot (too lazy to check right now
 ;))
