 No, it's not defined in the platform SDKs, it's in
 `/usr/include/c++/4.2.1/bits/gthr*.h` . `mdfind -name
 PTHREAD_RECURSIVE_MUTEX_INITIALIZER_NP` suggested that, and an `fgrep`
 confirmed it.

 (I won't be able to test git/master anytime really soon, sorry)
