 Can someone remind me where the documentation explains how to apply a
 patch?  Copying the patchfile into the directory with other patches -
 `/opt/local/var/macports/sources/rsync.macports.org/release/tarballs/ports/www
 /webkit-gtk/files/` - has no apparent effect.
