 Installs up to the point when the following error message is obtained:

 Error: The following dependencies were not installed: openmpi-default

 I notice there was a similar ticket but could not follow from the log what
 the solution was - sorry.  I have added the *.log file to this mail.

 (I am using OS X Yosemite version 10.10.3 with Xcode 6.3.2 and latest
 version of Macport.)
