 Note that it's not a text label; it's an image.

 If your complaint is that the text is not as attractive as text rendered
 by OS X, that's true; I believe it was rendered with open source software
 not using OS X's text routines. Though I really cannot figure out where
 the master of that image is stored, from which it gets copied into the
 installer packages.

 If that's not your complaint, please let us know what your complaint is.
