 "mkoctfile" is parsing the file "inst/stk_init.m" & creating the PKG*
 files automagically. These files are executed when the package is loaded
 or unloaded, and result in failure at that point. Removing the lines for
 PKG* keeps mkoctfile from creating those files. I'm committing a patch
 that removes these lines, thus fixing the PKG* load and unload issues
 directly at the source.
