Comment:

 Fixed in r133533.  Variant +plplot added to enabled build of the
 PDL::Graphics:PLplot implementation included in the main PDL source.
 Disabled by default.

 It appears that the separate distribution of PDL::Graphics:PLplot is more
 up-to-date but undiagnosed build problems exist.  Hence this fix, as a
 work around, until these problems can be overcome.
