 Patch attached for my working version of this upgrade.  Builds and tests
 successfully with ufraw (including gimp plugin) and gegl.  Working on
 hugin-app issues (after upgrade to version 2014.0.0 as described in
 #46721) and digikam.

 This should be pretty close to final so give it a try and let me know if
 you have any suggestions.
