Comment:

 Committed the update to libpano13 2.9.19 in r133711 (maintainer timeout),
 and revbumped autopano-sift-c to rebuild it with the new library version
 in r133712. hugin-app, the only other dependent of libpano13, will be
 handled in #46721.
