 opendx does have a nonstandard directory structure, and we should add
 `destroot.violate_mtree yes` to indicate that. But it will not help with
 this problem, which is that the port is trying to install files outside of
 the destroot entirely, which is not permissible. The port ''must'' be
 changed to install inside the destroot.
