 I partially succeed by

 sudo port install kde4-workspace qtcurve
 kbuildsycoca4
 }}}

 Now kdeartwork is not installed, but themes and different widget styles
 are available even though build of qtcurve still failed. Like before,
 Digikam is still monolingual despite of choosing my prefered language in
 systemsettings.app.
