Comment:

 Sorry for the delay. I applied your changes in r133995:133999, except that
 I just swapped the categories without adding new ones. We don’t apply
 “devel” to language implementations, and we’re trying to stay away from
 per-language categories unless they apply to a large number of ports (see
 our thousands of Perl, PHP, Python, and Ruby ports, for example).
