Comment (by mschamschula@…):

 Updated Portfile and rkhunter.conf.local.sample to not hard code
 ${prefix}.

 Also edited rkhunter.conf.local.sample to list files not present in OS X
 10.5 and 10.10. These files as well as MacPorts files are now commented
 out.
