 I tried cleaning and uninstalling but get the same result each time.

 $ sudo port install slime
 --->  Computing dependencies for slime
 --->  Building slime
 Error: org.macports.build for port slime returned: command execution
 failed
 Please see the log file for port slime for details:
 /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_ports_lang_slime/slime/main.log
