 Hi,

 Note: technically I'd say that I haven't responded in 5 months rather than
 1 year according to ticket #46271 :)

 I've been busy with finishing my PhD thesis lately. I'm still working on a
 project with armadillo as dependency, but not requiring bleeding edge
 updates of armadillo. I'd be glad to transfer the maintaining of armadillo
 to whoever (who would act faster than me :)
