 It builds fine for me with the universal variant on Yosemite. So this
 ticket continues to be about the original problem: that the icu-config
 script cannot be merged when building universal for architectures of
 different endianness. I am not working on fixing this problem; it would be
 up to the developers of icu to modify their build system so that it does
 not create these differences based on endianness.
