 ghostscript has seen several updates since the last MacPorts update. The
 current release is version 9.16.

 Further, sources for mapping-resources-pdf have moved from Sourceforge to
 github, and are now in an un-versioned .zip archive.

 Note: A number of other ports, e.g. gimp2, ImageMagick, libspectre will
 need to be rev-bumped, as the library version has changed.
