 Fixed upstream in
 http://git.videolan.org/?p=ffmpeg.git;a=commitdiff;h=17ad5fbb8af3ea3fad689064bc84ecfdfe52f0c2

 ffmpeg now uses makeinfo (provided by texinfo) for documentation
 generation if available with fallback to old texi2html.

 ffmpeg, ffmpeg-devel fixed to depend on texinfo rather than texi2html in
 r136462, r136463.
