 This is an OSC <-> Jack MIDI bridge, works with either Jack1 from MacPorts
 or Jack2 from Grame's JackOSX project (http://jackosx.com/).

 NOTE: This port should be installed from source (no binary package), so
 that it can be linked against JackOSX if it happens to be installed on the
 user's system.
