 nghttp2 has been updated to version 1.0.1:
 * Fix invalid memory free on out-of-memory handling
 * integration: Use our own copy of golang spdy package
 * src, examples: Fix up OpenSSL initialization
 * nghttpx: Allow HTTP Upgrade from POST request if response header has not
 been sent to the client
 * nghttpx: Fix bug that PUSH_PROMISE is sent after associated response
 HEADERS
 * nghttpd: Close connection after settings timeout and GOAWAY was sent
 * h2load: Fix bug that NPN fails if ALPN is enabled
 Note: We are still waiting for curl to integrate nghttp2 1.0.x.
