 FWIW:

 Qt 4.8.7 has been released, and I uploaded an updated port directory to my
 repository (https://github.com/RJVB/mp-port-
 repository/tree/master/aqua/qt4-mac-devel).

 Let me point out once more that I have no objection against merging the
 2-part Portfile into a single file (as a last step before the port gets
 committed).
