 SuiteSparse has been moved to a homepage/master_site (university). The
 current version is now 4.4.4.

 Two patch files need updating, and there was a permissions issue with the
 SPQR tree.

 Note: I rolled back to SuiteSparse @4.2.1_0, as octave 3.8.2 did not
 cleanly rebuild, while dolfin did.
