 bison-runtime already is a dependency of bison. This problem should not be
 happening.

 I see you're trying to activate bison @3.0.4_0, which is out of date. The
 current version is @3.0.4_1. So try installing that instead by running
 "sudo port selfupdate" and "sudo port install bison".
