 Darwin 15 binaries are not available for any port yet; see #48609.

 Reading the log you attached, the problem does not sound Darwin
 15-specific. However, binaries were successfully built for Darwin 14 and
 earlier back in May. So either it is Darwin 15-specific, or else something
 has changed in the MacPorts python world to make this now fail to build on
 all systems.
