 dbusmenu-qt exists in a version supporting Qt5, but for now only in bzr .

 The attached patch introduces a subport that builds dbusmenu-qt5.

 port:dbusmenu-qt includes the kde4 PortGroup, probably out of convenience.
 Since there is no dependency on KDE code, I have preferred to use only the
 Qt5 and cmake Portgroups.
