Comment:

 I just saw this ticket now. The Cc field requires complete email
 addresses.

 I'm raising the priority because this is something that used to work
 that's now broken.

 r141298 is the same revision at which the buildbots stopped building
 (#49483) and the macports-changes emails stopped being sent (#49305). I
 assume there is a post-commit hook script that handles all these tasks
 that's gotten wedged somehow.
