Comment:

 The log says you are using clang 600.0.54. According to XcodeVersionInfo,
 clang 600.0.54 is from Xcode 6.1. Xcode 6.1 is not compatible with El
 Capitan. Please upgrade to Xcode 7 or later, and the corresponding version
 of the command line developer tools.
