 Installation of py27-hggit-devel fails (and py27-hggit probably fails
 similarly) with a permissions error because the files in the directory
 `/opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.7/lib/python2.7
 /site-packages/google_apitools-0.4.13-py2.7.egg/EGG-INFO/` are non-
 readable by 'other'. Perhaps this can be fixed in the portfile.
