 This issue only occurs if texinfo package is installed. To reproduce the
 problem, first install textnfo then attempt to install arm-none-eabi-gcc.

 In other words: It's also possible to workaround this problem by
 temporarily uninstalling texinfo and restoring it after arm-none-eabi-gcc
 has been installed.
