 I am trying to upgrade outdated after upgrading to El Capitan. Many of the
 upgrades worked. A few didn't.
 I am currently stuck on a library texlive-bin.  It is not currently
 installed and according to the log, there are
 lots of errors. Since it is not installed, I am limited as to what I can
 try. I have run clean.
