 Are you actually logging in as root?

 Something tries to spawn `gpg-agent` as user root, which is not supported.

 Please create a "real" user account. Do you see the same problem with that
 configuration?

 If yes, are you sure it's registered as a LaunchAgent and not a
 LaunchDaemon?
