 I can't reproduce this error.  librsvg +viewer @2.40.11 builds without
 error for me.  Tested on El Capitan, Yosemite as well as Mavericks.  My
 successful Mavericks build log is attached.

 From what I see your log file, I suspect that not all your installed ports
 are up to date.  Suggest you update your ports to the latest version and
 try a clean rebuild of this port.

 $ sudo port clean librsvg
 $ sudo port install librsvg +viewer
