 The file you attached actually has the correct checksum. The assumption
 the downloaded patch would be HTML is a false positive and can be ignored.
 The failed downloads were `7.4.103` and `7.4.208`. I cannot reproduce the
 checksum issue, all files have the expected checksum for me when
 downloaded from `distfiles.macports.org`.

 Please use
 {{{
 $ sudo port clean --all vim
 }}}
 to remove the downloaded distfiles for vim and then try again.
