Comment:

 As stated the py27-numpy +universal variant is currently broken and
 disabled (#48263).

 This needs to be fixed but, until it is, inkscape's +universal variant
 needs to be disabled as well.  Copying the maintainers of py-numpy for
 their information.

 inkscape, inkscape-devel +universal variant disabled in r142885.
