 Good tip! The following fixes my problem:

 export DYLD_FRAMEWORK_PATH=/opt/local/libexec/qt5/lib/

 I wonder though why this is only the case for the qtsvg lib, and why this
 wasn't a problem before. Did the libs move to a different directory
 compared to previous versions of Qt?
