 The OS X buildbot builders' clocks are running 20 minutes slow. The Macs
 they're on have been online for > 500 days and are not using NTP to keep
 their clocks synchronized (unlike the servers housing the other virtual
 machines which are using NTP). NTP should be enabled on the Mac servers as
 well.
