Comment:

 The log you've attached is not from a
 [https://guide.macports.org/chunked/project.html#project.tickets clean
 build attempt]. Please "sudo port clean augeas", then try again, then
 attach the new main.log to this ticket if it fails again.

 augeas builds ok for me on 10.11. I'm using the perl5_16 variant of the
 perl5 port. Which one are you using?
