 Wanted to get sparsehash working as textmate2 depends on it. I tried
 applying the fix mentioned in
 https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew/issues/41087

 I did this manually by editing
 /opt/local/var/macports/sources/rsync.macports.org/release/tarballs/ports/devel/sparsehash/hashtable_test.cc
 near line 900

 {{{
 #ifdef _MSC_VER
    other_ht.swap(this->ht_);
 #else
   swap(this->ht_, other_ht);
 #endif
 }}}

 to just
 {{{
     other_ht.swap(this->ht_);
 }}}

 Then I ran "sudo port install sparsehash" and it builds and installs
 correctly. Still can't get textmate2 to build however.
