 Here is a patch for the Portfile to fix the following issues, for the
 maintainer's consideration.

 * Add license (http://www.poissonboltzmann.org/docs/apbs-license/)
 * Fix homepage (previous URL does not currently exist).
 * Remove redundant lines about cc and cxx, which are included in MPI
 portgroup.
 * Add livecheck.
 * Note on 1.4.1 release.
