 The warning message about "MacOSX10.11.Internal.sdk" sounds like it is
 caused by a hardcoded value, but has no side-effect. I can build ntp
 successfully on OS X 10.11 even with this warning message.

 However, if I disable all my installed ports, I can reproduce the linker
 error reported here. To me, this sounds like ntp has a missing dependency
 on something else.
